Nashville, TN, March 3, 2021 -- The brokerage team at Baker Storey McDonald Properties Inc. (BSMP) announced the addition of two brokers to their team, Cameron Bice and Matt Cooper. Baker Storey McDonald Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in brokerage services, retail development and property management for class A retail throughout Nashville, Middle Tennessee and the Central South area since 2002. Cameron Bice and Matt Cooper join the team from TenantBase and will focus on expanding BSMP’s asset class to include industrial, office and medical brokerage services. Cameron Bice received his BA in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate and Professional Sales from the University of Alabama. He has prior sales experience before becoming an affiliate broker at TenantBase in May 2018. He worked on 70+ transactions and generated over half a million in revenue for his firm. Cameron is a current applicant for CCIM, the Vice President for the local chapter of the BNI Networking Group and plans to obtain his Tennessee Real Estate Broker License in May 2021.
